How far I'll go for CHICKEN WINGS!

Dear Diary,

How far do normal people go to satisfy their cravings?

When it comes to cravings and wings, the first person to cross my mind is my cousin, kuya Kev. He's the closest kuya I have. He'd visit me from time to time here in the South to get wings. We once traveled from Mandaluyong to Taguig, Katipunan, Greenhills, and Paranaque just so we could get wings with the greatest deals.This is how far we go to satisfy our cravings (by 'our', I mean kuya Kev's, because he holds the wheels). If you must ask why, I think the question you should be asking is why not?

Guess where I had lunch yesterday and why...

Scrolling through my feeds brought me to Wingstop. Since Friday, October 14, Wingstop offers a buy 1 get 1 on all their individual meals until Thursday, October 20. An individual meal includes your choice of chicken (flavored or with a dip), a choice between rice, fries or onion rings, and a drink. My favorite flavor is Garlic Parmesan. What's yummier than that, you ask? ANOTHER ONE, FOR FREE. Prices start at Php 199, so our lunch yesterday (for four people) only costed us Php 398. There's still budget for s'mores! Yes, they have s'mores. And I may have been falling in love with s'mores, I just don't know it yet.

I was telling this to my elder sister for her to try it too. I was like, "Sulit kaya! Busog yung dalawa (referring to my chubby younger sisters), di pa nila naubos." To my surprise, she went Nora Aunor on me and yelled, "HIMALA!"

Too bad, kuya Kev's out of the country. If he was here, I am certain that we wouldn't miss a day. (Shout out to you, if you're reading my diary!)

Yes, spent lunch at Wingstop again today. No regrets. Might even grow my own wings by Thursday. The money we (my love and I) saved, we used to a flavored fries upgrade.
